One of the advantages of automation is increased productivity.

There is hardly a need for any emotional labour.

Work is done with no regard to how the subject fulfilling the tasks feel.

When there are too many moving parts machines do not get frustrated if they are programmed correctly.

We use emotions to understand better, machines use output data.

At a time our emotions get the best of us.

We need to remember the rationale we’ve put behind AI.

Use our emotional data to understand and do things better.

Thus the immediate action would be to programme our environment correctly so we are not frustrated by too many moving parts.

A pragmatic philosophy for project management.

We organise our environment in such a way that most decisions require less emotional labour.
