We are in the most important disruptions of our time.
One that demands everyone’s contribution.
What seems to be a challenge is what’s moving us to figure things out together.
There are more opportunities for independent thought.
Old ideas we’re accustomed to are being challenged.
New ideas tested and a new pattern of framework is established.
We can acknowledge that we don’t know how long this is going for.
And as the wheel turns, what we need is to be more thoughtful.
We need a perspective that will help us stick it out.
Because in as much as good ideas may not be permanent, quick fixes are not suitable.
The work we do today affects how things will be tomorrow and maybe for the next 100 years.
And that is very important to think about.
Regardless of the whirlwind, we need to avoid being superficial with how we choose to do things today and do what will be worth our while.
