When you encounter a problem it’s natural to be reactive. That’s useful in certain situations.

The reactive approach doesn’t always serve us long term.

It is better to adopt a responsive mindset that prompts us to dig deeper and uncover what causes a situation to happen.

A positive take about this moment of disruptive change is that we have a window of opportunity to focus our determination, agility and proactiveness to spot new learning opportunities.

We can scale productivity with learning.

It is up to us to walk out of this time thankful that we’ve learned something. Or we can simply hope the disruptive change brings us back to where we were, which is unlikely.

As we keep learning, we’ll look at this time and be grateful that we’ve availed ourselves to the challenge.

We have an opportunity to learn and prepare for new challenges in the future.
